By asking questions about potential orders or quantities you ask for on a regular basis, you can get a feel for their ability to provide a deep inventory to handle orders. You will want to know if they have the capacity to handle your volume if your facility is one of the bigger caterers or rental centers in your area. Make sure they will be able to fulfill your orders without causing issues for your linen needs.
