We offer delivery through the continental United States through use of United Parcel Service. 


UPS SHIPPING PROCESS


LET’S DO LINENS, INC® will send an order(s) to a customer via UPS for locations outside local delivery. 

Shipping charges are calculated by UPS method:  COD tags are not used on prepaid or credit card payment methods.

 

COUNT the linen by order to ensure that all are being returned.  A loss bill will be created for missing items and forwarded to you. Missing items should be returned within 10 days to ensure proper credit toward the loss bill.

Shake out all debris and FOLD the linen and pack in the same box (or similar size if original is damaged by UPS).   Return shipping labels are charged with the same size box and weight.  Returning order(s) items in the same “ship to” weight group will avoid additional freight charges. 

 

DO NOT ship wet linen.  If the linens are wet, please call the office for instruction.

 

INSERT a copy of the invoice (or contract) with the linen.  This is very important when several orders are being shipped back at the same time for accurate credit of returned orders.

 

Call UPS, 1-800-742-5877, and request a pickup for return shipment. The new Return UPS Shipping Label inserted in the box is to be used for that same order.  Please do not lose the label(s).  Remove the original “ship-to” label to avoid address shipping problems.  

 

Recommended order return schedule:  Orders should be shipped BY the second business day following an event/or the day of use.  Examples are:

LET’S DO LINENS,INC.® will begin billing for a second rental period if the shipment has not been received within one (1) week of the party date.  All UPS orders must be returned in a timely manner. Continued late returns may result in suspension of service.

Should you choose to return the order by your own method, we do not recommend using any service which lacks tracking ability.  Lost return shipments will be the responsibility of the customer for full replacement cost of all lost linen.
